What happens after you're prescribed
Your medication ships from a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy with full instructions for use. Injectable treatments include supplies and step-by-step guidance. Your care team is available by message for dose questions and side-effect support, and refills are handled online, with provider review at every dose change.
If you're not prescribed
Not every assessment ends in a prescription. If a provider decides a treatment isn't appropriate, they won't prescribe it, and they'll explain why or suggest next steps. Your card is only charged if a provider prescribes.
Who's involved
Assessments are reviewed by independent licensed clinicians in the LocumTele provider network. Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed U.S. pharmacy partners. radivarx coordinates the process and does not make clinical decisions.
