Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about radivarx before you begin.

What states do we serve?

47 states are served by radivarx. We do not serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey.

Who are our pharmacies?

Rush Pharmacy — https://rushpharmacy.com/

Who is our provider network?
Can I buy the capsules without a prescription?

No. Ivermectin / Mebendazole 25/250mg is a prescription-only medication. radivarx does not sell, ship, or facilitate the sale of prescription medication without a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider following a clinical evaluation. What you pay for is the provider evaluation and, if a prescription is issued, pharmacy dispensing — it is not an over-the-counter purchase, and completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. See our Regulatory & Compliance Disclosures.

Am I eligible, and what are the steps to request a consultation?

To be eligible you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be physically located in one of the 47 states we serve — not California, South Carolina, or New Jersey.
  • Be requesting treatment for yourself, not for someone else.
  • Provide accurate, complete medical history and current medications.

The consultation request takes four steps:

  • Start the intake and confirm your state, age, and contact details.
  • Complete the medical questionnaire (symptoms, history, medications, allergies).
  • Read and accept the Telehealth Informed Consent.
  • Submit your intake and pay the consultation fee so a licensed provider can review it.
What happens after I submit a consultation request?

A licensed clinician in the LocumTele network reviews your intake, typically within 1–2 business days. One of three things happens:

  • Approved — a prescription is sent electronically to Rush Pharmacy, which dispenses and ships it. You receive tracking by email, and most packages arrive in 3–5 business days in discreet packaging.
  • More information needed — the provider messages you with follow-up questions, or may request a brief phone or video visit, before making a decision.
  • Declined — if treatment is not clinically appropriate, the provider will not prescribe and will explain why or suggest next steps. Consultation fees are not refunded based on the outcome once review has begun; see our Return & Refund Policy.

You are notified by email at each stage, and you can seek in-person care at any time.

How does the consultation work?

You complete a short online medical intake. A licensed clinician in the LocumTele provider network reviews your responses, may follow up for more information, and issues a prescription only if it is clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are then dispensed by Rush Pharmacy.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after your prescription is approved and processed by Rush Pharmacy. All packages ship discreetly without external mention of the medication.

What is your refund policy?

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a provider has begun reviewing your intake. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled and refunded. Under federal law, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Is this treatment right for me?

Only a licensed provider can determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you. Complete the intake and a LocumTele clinician will evaluate your history, current medications, and conditions before making any prescribing decision.

What are the possible side effects?

Reported side effects can include nausea, dizziness, headache, abdominal discomfort, and rash. This is not a complete list. Discuss all potential risks with your reviewing provider and report any unusual reactions immediately. In a medical emergency, call 911.

How do I contact support?

Email Notifications@radivarx.com and we'll get back to you during business hours. For clinical questions about an active prescription, reply to your provider's message so the LocumTele care team is looped in.

Still have a question?

Email Notifications@radivarx.com and a person will get back to you during business hours.

Telehealth Informed Consent

Last updated: August 8, 2026

By submitting an intake, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Telehealth Informed Consent. This document explains the nature of telehealth services provided through radivarx and the LocumTele provider network.

Nature of telehealth

Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable a licensed healthcare provider located in one place to evaluate a patient located in another. radivarx primarily offers asynchronous telehealth: you submit information through an online intake, and a provider reviews it without a live video or phone visit unless one is specifically requested.

Provider–patient relationship

Clinical services are provided by independent clinicians in the LocumTele network. A provider–patient relationship is established when a clinician reviews your intake and issues clinical guidance or a prescription.

Expected benefits

  • Convenient access to a licensed clinician without an in-person visit.
  • Efficient evaluation and, when appropriate, prescription fulfillment.

Potential risks and limitations

  • Information you provide may be insufficient for a safe clinical decision, in which case the provider may request more information or decline to prescribe.
  • Delays in electronic communication can occur.
  • Asynchronous evaluation does not replace emergency care or in-person examination when either is needed.
  • Technical failures could disrupt the service; protected health information could, despite reasonable safeguards, be intercepted.

Emergencies

Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Confidentiality and records

Records of your telehealth encounter are maintained in accordance with applicable law and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your rights

  • You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Notifications@radivarx.com. Withdrawal does not affect care already provided.
  • You may request that a different provider review your case.
  • You may seek in-person care at any time.

Acknowledgment

By continuing with an intake through radivarx, you acknowledge that you have read this consent, that your questions have been answered to your satisfaction, and that you voluntarily consent to receive telehealth services from a LocumTele provider.

Ready to begin?

Complete a short intake and a licensed provider will review whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Regulatory & Compliance Disclosures

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This page describes how radivarx operates and the standards we hold ourselves to. It is maintained by radivarx and is not an independent certification or endorsement by any regulator or accreditation body.

Prescription required

Every medication offered through radivarx is a prescription-only drug. We do not sell, ship, or facilitate the sale of prescription medication without a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider after a clinical evaluation. We do not fill prescriptions written by providers outside the LocumTele network without independent review, and we never offer prescription medication for sale directly to consumers without an evaluation.

No guarantee of a prescription

Completing an intake and paying a consultation fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The reviewing clinician may request more information, recommend an alternative, or decline to prescribe when treatment is not clinically appropriate. Clinical decisions rest solely with the treating provider.

Licensed providers

Clinical evaluations are performed by independent clinicians in the LocumTele network. Providers are licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of the encounter, and radivarx does not direct or override their clinical judgment. Patients may request the name and license credentials of the provider who reviewed their case by emailing support.

Licensed pharmacy

Dispensing and shipping are performed by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed U.S. pharmacy. radivarx does not store, repackage, compound, or ship medication itself, and does not source medication from outside the regulated U.S. supply chain.

Controlled substances

radivarx does not offer, advertise, or facilitate access to controlled substances. Ivermectin and mebendazole are not controlled substances.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must be physically located in one of the 47 states we serve. We do not serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey.
  • You must complete the intake for yourself. Ordering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate and complete medical information.

Marketing and claims standards

  • We do not claim that any medication cures, prevents, or treats a condition beyond its approved or evidence-supported use.
  • We do not use fear-based, urgency, or pressure marketing to drive prescription requests.
  • We do not offer coupons, discounts, or incentives tied to obtaining a prescription.
  • We do not publish patient testimonials as evidence of clinical outcomes.
  • Pricing, fees, and what is included are disclosed before payment.

Advertising, affiliates, and referrals

radivarx does not pay per-prescription commissions to providers, affiliates, or marketing partners. Compensation is never tied to the outcome of a clinical evaluation.

Adverse events and side effects

If you experience a side effect or adverse reaction, stop taking the medication and contact your provider. For emergencies, call 911. You may also report adverse events directly to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through FDA MedWatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088. Please also notify us at Notifications@radivarx.com so we can inform the prescribing provider and the dispensing pharmacy.

Medication safety and disposal

Take medication only as directed by your provider. Do not share prescription medication with anyone. Dispose of unused or expired medication through a pharmacy take-back program or per FDA disposal guidance — do not resell or give it away.

Complaints and concerns

To raise a complaint about your experience, the clinical evaluation, or the pharmacy, email Notifications@radivarx.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days, routing clinical matters to the treating provider and dispensing matters to the pharmacy. You may also contact your state board of pharmacy or medical board at any time.

Reporting misuse of our brand

If you encounter a website, ad, or seller claiming to be radivarx or offering our product without a prescription, report it to Notifications@radivarx.com.

Website security and privacy

The site is served over HTTPS, and intake information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored by radivarx.

No medical advice

Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. It does not create a provider–patient relationship; that relationship is established when a licensed clinician reviews your intake, as described in our Telehealth Informed Consent.
