General questions

Everything to know about radivarx before you begin.

What states do you serve?
All 50 states. Some states require a brief video visit for certain treatments, and your assessment tells you if yours does.
Who are your providers?
Independent licensed clinicians in the LocumTele provider network. They review every assessment and make every prescribing decision.
Who fills my prescription?
State-licensed U.S. pharmacy partners dispense your medication and ship it in plain packaging.
Am I charged if I'm not prescribed?
No. Your card is authorized when you submit your assessment and only charged if a provider prescribes.
Can I buy medication without a prescription?
No. Every treatment on radivarx is prescription-only. What you pay for is the provider evaluation and, if prescribed, pharmacy dispensing. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. See our Regulatory & Compliance Disclosures.
Who is eligible?
You must be 18 or older, physically located in the U.S., requesting treatment for yourself, and able to provide an accurate medical history and list of current medications.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual patients. They are not FDA-approved, and your provider will discuss whether compounded therapy is appropriate for you.
How fast will my medication arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after approval, in discreet packaging with nothing about the contents on the outside.
Do monthly plans renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew automatically so your treatment isn't interrupted. You can cancel any time before your next refill is processed.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is handled under HIPAA. See our HIPAA Notice and Privacy Policy.
Do you accept insurance?
No. radivarx is cash-pay, with prices shown up front and no insurance paperwork or prior authorizations.
What if I have side effects?
Stop the medication and contact your provider through your patient portal. You can also report side effects to FDA MedWatch or 1-800-FDA-1088. In an emergency, call 911.
Is radivarx legitimate?
Yes. Every prescription requires review by an independent licensed clinician, and medication is dispensed only by state-licensed U.S. pharmacies. radivarx is LegitScript-certified — you can verify it with the seal at the bottom of every page.
