- Boxed warning: flibanserin with alcohol can cause severe low blood pressure and fainting. Avoid alcohol within at least 2 hours before your bedtime dose.
- Do not use with moderate or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (including some antifungals, antibiotics, and grapefruit juice) or if you have liver problems.
- Common effects include dizziness, sleepiness, nausea, and fatigue. Take at bedtime.
